Nitsch News: Celebrating New Leadership & Recent Accomplishments
Welcoming our New CFO We are pleased to announce that Evan D. Glasberg (pictured above on the right) has joined Nitsch Engineering as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Evan has 30 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, financial analysis, and business operations in the A/E/C industry. Evan is responsible for Nitsch’s financial operations, will assist in the oversight of technical operations, and be involved in the firm’s strategic planning. Michael D. Kenealy, CPA, Nitsch’s former CFO (pictured above on the left), is retiring in March after 20 years of excellent service to the company, and he will be missed … but not for long! Mike has agreed to serve on our Advisory Committee, which serves as a resource to our Board of Directors. Announcing Leadership Promotions Sandra A. Brock, PE, CFM, LEED AP BD+C, Principal and Chief Engineer (pictured above in the center), and John M. Schmid, PE, LEED AP, Principal and Executive Project Manager (pictured above on the right), have been promoted to Vice President. Sandy and John have both been with Nitsch for over 20 years, and currently serve on our Board of Directors. Joshua Alston, PE, LEED AP BD+C (pictured above on the left) has been promoted to Risk Manager. While Josh will continue to manage projects, he will apply his 22 years of experience at Nitsch to a new responsibility: identifying, assessing, and minimizing Nitsch’s exposure to risk as it relates to our professional services. Celebrating New Project Managers Jennifer Johnson, PE, CPSWQ, LEED AP BD+C (pictured above on the left) has been promoted to Project Manager in our planning group. Through her 10 years of experience – seven of which have been at Nitsch – Jenn has developed an expertise in designing sustainable stormwater management systems and green infrastructure solutions for a wide range of commercial, multi-family, and academic land development projects. Marc Gabriel, PE, CPESC (pictured above on the right) has joined Nitsch as a Project Manager in our planning group. Marc has 12 years of experience on a variety of land development projects, specializing in stormwater, drainage, and utility design. At Nitsch, Marc will apply his civil engineering design experience to the planning and design of green infrastructure projects from Massachusetts to Washington, DC. ]]>
