A Conversation with Matthew Carter
Haverhill, MA – Matthew Carter, one of the most famous type designers in the world, will be presenting at the Museum of Printing on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 1pm. A small reception will follow.
This is a major fundraising event for the Museum of Printing with co-sponsor American Printing History Association-New England Chapter. Each attendee will receive a free commemorative poster of Carter’s typefaces. $50 member rate is available for both MoP and APHA-NE members, with a $100 non-member rate for all others. The Museum of Printing is dedicated to preserving the rich history of the graphic arts, printing and typesetting technology, and printing craftsmanship. In addition to many special collections and small exhibits, the Museum contains hundreds of antique printing, typesetting, and bindery machines, as well as a library of books and printing-related documents.
