Jaffarian Volvo Toyota Scion Promotes Dale Whittredge to Toyota Service Manager
Jaffarian Volvo Toyota Scion recently announced the promotion of Dale Whittredge to Toyota Service Manager, effective immediately. In this new role, Whittredge will be responsible for overall management of Jaffarian’s Toyota Service Department, ensuring that every vehicle is serviced properly and with the utmost care. He will manage a total of 14 employees, which includes technicians and service writers.

Whittredge joined Jaffarian as a sales person in 2011. He later joined the service area as a Toyota Service Writer and was promoted to Assistant Service Manager, a position he has held since 2013.
Whittredge grew up in Haverhill, MA and earned his B.S. degree in history from Fitchburg State University. He was a standout athlete at both Haverhill High School and Fitchburg State, having served as captain of the football teams at both schools, as well as captain of the lacrosse and hockey teams at Haverhill High. This experience gave Whittredge a start to his strong leadership skills, which have helped him grow into this management position at Jaffarian.
