2017 Community Action, Inc. – Community Needs Assessment Community Action, Inc. is conducting an anonymous survey to better understand the needs of the residents in the cities and towns it serves. The input of residents and people who work in CAI’s catchment area is critical to understanding the needs in our community and planning future programming.  CAI will evaluate and analyze the results of the survey and use the outcomes to shape a 2018-2020 strategic plan. Community Action, Inc. is the largest anti-poverty agency in the Lower Merrimack Valley, providing assistance to families and individuals in the Greater Haverhill and Newburyport Seacoast areas.  Our programs serve the following cities and towns: Amesbury, Boxford, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley, Salisbury, and West Newbury.
