CHAMBER AWARDS DAMARK WOODCRAFT, INC WITH BUSINESS OF THE MONTH DISTINCTION

Chamber President, Stacey Bruzzese presents the Business of the Month Award for May 2015 to Mark Brady, owner, Damark Woodcraft, Inc.

It is with great pleasure that The Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce recognizes Damark Woodcraft, Inc. with the honor of Business of the Month for May 2015 for their outstanding commitment to customer, community and the Chamber.

For nearly 25 years, Damark has specialized in quality hand built custom furniture, serving both the residential and commercial property owners’ in the region. A talented woodworker, Mark Brady, owner of Damark Woodcraft is simply not “satisfied until the customer is happy.”

In an effort to recognize outstanding achievement in the Greater Haverhill community, the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce formally identifies a “Business of the Month” approximately every four weeks. This award is given to a Chamber member that is a proven leader in their business or industry and excels in the areas of community involvement, economic growth, customer service and professional relationships.

Damark Woodcraft’s commitment to the community is highlighted by Mark Brady’s outstanding contributions to the Chamber and the local area.  As a longtime member of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce, Mark has served on the Chamber’s Board of Directors, chaired the Cross Border Business Expo and most recently, Mark has served as an Ambassador for the Chamber, welcoming new businesses and helping them understand and utilize the opportunities provided by the Chamber. In addition Mark is involved with United States Coast Guard Auxiliary; Haverhill’s Brightside, the Knights of Columbus and serves on Whittier Vocational Tech’s Advisory Board.

Award winners are recognized in area newspapers highlighting their distinction as Business of the Month, receive a complimentary guest ticket to the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce’s exclusive “Annual Business Awards Breakfast” and are automatically entered into the running for the Annual Business of the Year award. That honor is announced during the annual breakfast which has been scheduled for February 13, 2015.

Nominations for Business of the Month can be submitted at any time. Forms are available by calling the chamber office at 978-373-5663 or by email at info@haverhillchamber.com. There is no fee for nominations or applications. Companies may be nominated by any member business. This is a benefit available exclusively to Chamber members.
