Katie Cook joins Chamber as New President
The Haverhill Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce Katie Cook as its new President! Originally from North Andover, Katie now resides in Salem, NH, with her husband, Jay, and their two children.
Katie brings over 15 years of proven leadership experience in business development, operations, and community engagement. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer for the Massachusetts State Auditor’s Dizoglio Office, where she led strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve organizational culture, and drive innovation. Prior to that, Katie played a key role in transforming Comfort Home Care from a small startup into a thriving local business. She brings to the chamber 20 years of human resources and business development experience.
With a strong track record of driving growth, building collaborative teams, and fostering partnerships, Katie is excited to bring her passion and energy to the Haverhill Chamber. She is eager to expand membership, support local businesses, and build a vibrant, connected community that strengthens Haverhill’s economic future.
Beyond her professional career, Katie is deeply invested in the Merrimack Valley. She writes The Heart of the Valley column for Valley Patriot, where she highlights local nonprofits and encourages community support. She also enjoys yoga, volunteering and spending summers soaking up the sun at Salisbury Beach.
