Gina Barreca is an English professor at the University of Connecticut and the author of “If You Lean In Will Men Just Look Down Your Blouse?” and eight other books that tackle topics including the workplace, aging, relationships, and personal power. She has appeared on TV shows such as “Oprah,” “Today” and “Dr. Phil”. Her weekly newspaper column is distributed worldwide.

Cheryl Fiandaca is an award winning broadcast journalist. Recently named Chief Investigative Reporter for Boston’s Channel 4, WBZ-TV’s I-Team, she began her reporting career in New York. Cheryl is also an attorney licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New York and the District of Columbia. In 2012 she briefly stepped away from reporting to become the spokesperson for the Boston Police Department during the Boston Marathon Bombing. She joined Channel 4 in January.

Susan Leger Ferraro is a highly successful entrepreneur who launched her first multi-million dollar business, Little Sprouts, as a teenager. Her most recent ventures include Imajine That, an interactive children’s museum which is one of the Boston Business Journal’s fastest growing companies, and G3, a leadership development consulting and training company that has written $40M in funding for 40-plus national companies. Susan also recently designed a leadership training model with Deepak Chopra.

Becca Pizzi made national headlines when she became the first American woman to run 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days last year, and she’s now more than half way toward her next goal of completing a marathon in all 50 states. When Becca’s not running, she enjoys time with her 9-year old daughter Taylor. She also manages Moozy’s Ice Cream and owns a day care, both in Belmont.
